Terms of Use
Short and plain: use Usmory to share a calendar and little moments with your partner, be kind, and keep it legal.
Who we are
Usmory is made by Driezie Studio (Jelte Cost) in the Netherlands. Contact: officialjeltecost@gmail.com.
Your account
- You need to be 16 or older to use Usmory.
- Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can delete your account at any time under Settings → Delete account.
What you share
- Everything you add (plans, photos, drawings, notes) stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it and show it to you and your partner.
- Only share things you are allowed to share. Don't use Usmory to harass, track or control someone against their will. Location sharing is always the choice of the person sharing.
- Don't upload anything illegal, and don't try to break, overload or misuse the service.
Connected services
If you connect Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or an AI assistant, their own terms apply to them too. You can disconnect them at any time. How we handle that data is described in our privacy policy.
The service
- We work hard to keep Usmory reliable, but it is provided “as is”. Don't rely on it as your only reminder for something critical.
- We may change or improve features. If we ever stop the service, we will tell you in advance and give you a way to get your data.
- We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
- To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to direct damage you can show we caused on purpose or through gross negligence.
Law
Dutch law applies. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
